RETURN POLICY (DVDs & BLU-RAYs): Since this is a custom product, no refunds are offered. However, if you receive a defective DVD or Blu-Ray, Hinson Media will exchange the damaged DVD or Blu-Ray for a new copy up to 30-days after delivery.
DVD COMPATIBILITY: Hinson Media uses DVD-R format on every DVD we produce. If you are experiencing a problem with playing our DVD please refer to your users manual to see if your device supports DVD-R format.
BLU-RAY COMPATIBILITY: Our Blu-Ray discs are burned at the highest bit rate possible to ensure the image quality is crystal clear. Please ensure the FIRMWARE in your BLU-RAY PLAYER has been updated to ensure optimal viewing (even if you just bought it - brand new players will have updates, as well). Please consult your Blu-Ray manual for details on how to update the firmware in your Blu-Ray player.
COPY PROTECTION: Hinson Media is paid exclusively from the sale of the DVDs and Blu-Rays. Not only is it illegal to try to copy the DVDs and Blu-Rays, it is also unethical. Hinson Media puts a signal on the DVDs and Blu-Rays to prevent illegal copies. It is always an advantage to have the original video packaging and quality. Hinson Media protects its DVDs and Blu-Rays with a proprietary anti-copying signal burned right onto the DVDs and Blu-Rays. This doesn't affect the playback of the DVDs and Blu-Rays, except on a computer with DVD or Blu-Ray copy software installed. Hinson Media is not responsible for any computer damage caused by trying to illegally copy our DVDs or Blu-Rays.
